2026 New Year’s Wishes from the WGEPPP Presidency

As this remarkable year draws to a close, we look back with gratitude and great pride at everything we have achieved together within the WGEPPP community. The year 2025 has shown once more how powerful collaboration can be when the working group comes together with shared ambition, openness and trust. Our forum in Bern reminded us how much strength lies in our diversity, our willingness to learn from one another and our collective commitment.

This year, we deepened our collaboration, expanded our network, and strengthened our collective knowledge base. It has demonstrated that international cooperation is the heart of our working group. The exchanges we shared, the examples we explored and the challenges we discussed have not only deepened our professional understanding, they have strengthened the human connections that carry our work forward. It is these personal ties that turn a working group into a true community and that allow knowledge to grow, spread and take root far beyond a single meeting or event. The forum also reminded us of something essential: our strength lies not only in methods, tools, or analytics, but in the people behind them. These moments of connection make our community resilient, forward-looking, and capable of driving meaningful change.

Your active engagement and commitment are what keep this working group vibrant and relevant. As we move into the new year, let us carry forward the spirit that shaped our work in 2025. The WGEPPP thrives because of your expertise, your openness, and your willingness to learn from one another.
